I believe in creating a safe place for people to show up and feel like they can strive being their true self in supportive and inclusive environments. 

I often found corporate organisations to say they were supporting neurodiverse staff or staff who may have been dealing with mental illness or stress but when I looked at their offering I noticed that a lot of initiatives were reactively dealing with these issues rather that proactively promoting positive mental wellbeing strategies.

From struggling with my own mental health, being a late diagnosed ADHDer and having sensory sensitivities myself, I strive to help organisations better understand how to make the workplace more inclusive, supportive and understanding place for staff and in turn this helps boost productivity, staff retention and absent days. It improves relationships of teams as well as their output.
